I ordered two specific gear bags from ovationgear.com, and somehow ended up with one in the wrong color and another that was a completely different size. The weird part is the packing slip listed the exact items I ordered, so it kind of made me wonder if they just threw in whatever was available and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I had to email support and wait for a response, which was frustrating because I needed them by a certain date. Not the smoothest experience

Support was slow, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to handle things better. They did eventually help, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process took longer than it should have.

I tried to exchange my order, but it felt like my messages were just being ignored. On top of that, I ended up having to pay for shipping myself, which made the whole process even more annoying. it left me feeling disappointed and like the hassle wasn’t worth it.

From what I remember, it seemed fine at first, but the strap broke after about two weeks of use. I was disappointed because I expected it to hold up longer than that

I ordered from ovationgear.com thinking the fit would be fine, but it was not comfortable for me at all. I really wish I had read more reviews first because I probably would’ve thought twice before buying it.
The material felt stiff and a little scratchy quickly, and after about an hour I was already ready to take it off. It rubbed in a few spots and just didn’t sit right on my body.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it ended up being a regretful purchase. I don’t see myself using it again unless they make it a lot more comfortable.

I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but the fit was just really off. It was tight across the shoulders and then weirdly loose everywhere else. I even checked the size chart, but it wasn’t much help. I just wanted something that fit normally, which feels like a basic ask, so having to return it was really frustrating...

I really wanted to like the stuff on ovationgear.com, but after looking around, the style just didn’t land for me. A lot of the designs feel kind of dated and overly busy, like they were trying to make them look exciting instead of actually making them look good.
The colors and layout don’t really give off a premium feel either, which is what I was expecting at that price. Maybe it’s just my taste, but it almost feels like the presentation got less attention than it should have. Not awful, just not something I’d be excited to buy.

Not gonna lie, I was annoyed with how long the shipping took. The whole process felt way slower than expected.

I contacted customer service, but they basically just directed me back to the same listing, which didn’t help. i regret buying it and it ended up being a frustrating experience.

Trying to use the site was frustrating. Pages kept jumping around while I was browsing. Super annoying. Then checkout just felt confusing and not very clear. Not a great experience.
